SERVICES/PRODUCTS
The site allows you to purchase an online course (Product) for a fee. We may, at our sole discretion, engage third party service providers from time to time to provide certain services.
Each such purchase is for one person only, unless otherwise stated under Product Details. You are not authorised to share your purchase and/or grant access to such to any third party.
Please note that the products we make available to you for a fee paid through our website are our intellectual property and may not be used in any way (by redistribution, resale or otherwise).
PAYMENT TERMS
By booking, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show, and no rescheduling will be permitted.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Digital products, programs and courses are non-refundable.
ACCESS TO THE PRODUCTS
The digital products have lifetime access, which means that the customer has access to a product for as long as the product is available.
Access to the products is cancelled if the respective product is discontinued.
LICENCE
Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our services/products.
You may use our products only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission to use the product(s) otherwise.
You also agree that you will only access and/or use one user account, unless expressly authorised by us, and you will not disclose access to your user account or the access information for your account to any third party.
By using our services/products, you do not obtain ownership or any intellectual property rights in our services or the products you access for a fee paid through our website.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information collected from individual customers, specifically email addresses to facilitate and deliver orders as part of our commitment to provide the services paid for by our customers.
In addition, we also use your emails to promote our other products/services.
You can unsubscribe at any time by pressing the unsubscribe button found in each email.
We will constantly review our systems and data to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.

FEES
Purchase of a product:
We offer paid products for a fee. You are responsible for timely payment of all fees charged and applicable taxes (using a payment mechanism consistent with the particular product being paid for).
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to products for which we have not received adequate payment. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in Swiss francs. You are solely responsible for any sales, VAT, withholding or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, whether domestic or foreign.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for the applicable fee for the product.

We reserve the right to charge reminder fees for payment reminders, late payments and overdue notices.
IN-PERSON EEXPERIENCE & TRAVEL TERMS
Travel & Accommodation
If an in-person experience is requested by the client and requires domestic or international travel, the client agrees to cover all associated travel and accommodation costs via a flat, prepaid fee. This fee will be added to the total invoice and is required in full prior to travel booking.
All travel (including flights, hotel, and transportation) will be arranged independently by The Happy Life Consulting LLC to ensure full flexibility, comfort, and optimal energetic preparation for the in-person experience.
Flat Travel Fee
A fixed travel fee will be charged to cover:
Flight (business class or premium economy minimum)
Hotel accommodation
Airport transfers and ground transport
Meals, tips, and travel incidentals
This fee is non-refundable, even in the case of client-initiated rescheduling or cancellation, as travel expenses are incurred or allocated in advance.
Presence Guarantee
All in-person sessions will take place in a private, quiet, professional setting. If traveling with dependents, The Happy Life Consulting LLC guarantees uninterrupted client focus and full presence during the container. The client experience remains the top priority at all times.
CUSTOMER RESTRICTIONS
As a customer, you agree not to do the following:
Bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website;
Disparage, tarnish or otherwise harm (in our opinion) our Website and/or the Service
Use the Product in a manner that does not comply with applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or create an undue burden on the Service and related services
Not share access to our product with third parties (unless specifically authorized by us in writing)
Lease, sell, provide access to or otherwise attempt to use our Product in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Attempt to circumvent any measures on the Website designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service or any part thereof
USER CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
